I'll have to admit this makes me a bit jealous of HTC owners. But does anyone know of a good app that can control music via voice commands?

I know that is a function that comes native on iPhone. I can just click the voice search key and say "Play Metallica", and it will auto launch the iPod player and play all metallica. It would be nice is this was a capability of Android also, as I use my phone as my media player every day, especially in my car which has a blue tooth stereo.

Heh wow, old thread. Anywho there are some commands for searching through mp3s but the real bread and butter is what the SenseUI / iphone has.

Though i havent missed it much as i've been listening to Last.fm while driving.
