Help Voice Commands

Ever since the Kit Kat update, and AFTER a Factory Data Reset, Google Voice Commands opens up waiting for a command. It happens whether the phone is at home idle on an end table or idle while I'm driving down the road. Very frustrating and very annoying. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Did you re-train it in a VERY quiet room? It's very sensitive but mine's only done that once, I think it 'hears' background noise and thinks you are speaking to it.
