Ok, I'll do my best to answer your thread/question.
Voice goes in, and voice come out. Hope that helps.
Voice Input for msging/email means you hit the speak button, and it types out what you say
Voice Output for msging (not sure about email) means it reads the text audibly
Voice Input for BT means you say the contacts name and it dials their default number
Voice Output for BT means, well, that someone talking to you while using your BT i guess LOL
