Root voice issues

I put android on my htc hd2 with froyo v2.2. everything is working so far good but I have 2 issues. First is the voice that when I get a call it sounds like a robot voice. How do I fix this problem cuz for some strange reason it worked well once then nothing. Second problem is the error " process com.android. phone. " failed.

Can you just confirm you have put an Android ROM on your Windows Mobile HTC HD2?

I know those roms were experimental and haven't followed it for some time. What rom was it?
