Voice Picture Text on Droid?

Hi ~

I have a Droid and I love it My question is: When you receive a picture text message that has voice and I press on the picture area, the menu comes up and I save it to the SD Card. Problem is only the picture is saved and not the voice message that was with it. I would like to save both picture and voice message and possibly use the voice part of the message as a ring tone. How would I do this?
