Voicemail Default Number

    Before i knew better I looked at the default voicemail number and said "well that's not my number." and promptly changed it. Doooh!!! Does anyone know what the default number should be? Is it the same for all phones or should I take it to the ATT store and have them fix it? WIll a factory reset solve my problems?

    Please help.

    If you just enter your own cell# area code included it will go to your voice mail when you call it from the cell. Plus side to this, is that it doesnt use any minutes this way b/c you are calling mobile-mobile.

    you are not eating into your minutes dialing ATT provided VM number either.
    OP you can just go to store and ask them to enter that default number. maybe even online chat support will help.

    Ok. I changed it and now when someone calls it doesn't go to voicemail. just says person unavialable or something like that.

    Do what getDange said. Either go to an ATT store or just go online and use the online chat to speak to a rep.
