would like to change my voicemail greeting on htc inspire 4g model

The voicemail is carrier-specific. If changing the greeting isn't in the menu, call your carrier's tech support. They can either blank out the greeting,allowing you to redo it, or reset the whole VM account, allowing you to set it all up again. (It depends on which VM your carrier is using.)
