I am experiencing an annoying glitch with my OneX which is spoiling an otherwise excellent phone.
The volume levels, particularly the ringtone volume, keeps turning itself down. I check the levels a few times a day as I have missed so many calls because the phone has turned itself down so it is too quiet to hear. It does it intermittently, and seems to have no obvious cause.
I have tried a couple of 'Volume Fix' apps and they do the job at keeping the volumes where I set them, but they do not allow me to silence the ringtone when I want to. The fact that these apps are available seem to indicate this is a problem, and reading the app reviews shows other people are experiencing this . As a fundamental function of a phone is to hear and answer calls, surely there is something very wrong if a phone turns its volume down so low it cannot be heard unless you are up close to it.
Has anyone else noticed this and have a solution please?
