@romparoo - we're literally battling with dozens of ISPs who are marking our emails as spam. Apparently we deliver too much email to be considered legitimate so rather than send our stuff into the spam box they just don't send it. Nevermind the fact that we're 100% LEGITIMATE!

We're working on this but in reality there isn't much we can do. Feel free to contact your ISP and complain... if everyone does this it'll definitely move the needle in the long run.

That really stinks. Thanks for the response. So, it's the internet service providers? And not the email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, ect)? I will contact my ISP and Gmail and give them heck!

Is it possible to add you as a safe sender in our email settings to fix this? Seems too simple of a solution to work.
