Hey has anyone had any problems finding one that works?
I tried the top 10 lastnight and nothing :(
Not sure if its just my stick (certain tv streaming apps claim it's rooted when it isn't, this is why I wanna try a VPN)
Cheers for any info guys :thumbsupdroid:

Have you tried using the built in VPN settings and using VPNbook to connect?
If you need info on connecting click on the how to section
    www.vpnbook.com/
Then click on Android under PPTP

Thank you very much buddy. No I haven't but it's bed time so I'll come back and try tomorrow.
Do you think a vpn will stop apps from thinking it's rooted?
Thanks again man. I owe ya one ;)
PS I just had a quick look and a UK vpn doesn't seem to be listed which is what I need. Do you know if that's available?
    Cheers :thumbsupdroid:

Vpnbook doesn't have a UK one and a VPN probably won't stop apps from thinking it's rooted. It's probably prerooted since it's Chinese. Have you tried CyberGhost?

And the manufacturer's emails are rediculous lol :D

If you use Netflix with a VPN you might like it.

Seems to be working, no errors but when I select a county I get a blank white screen.
And I'm not sure how to test if it's working lol.
To make things worse my TV stick is running low on storage already grr :D

How can I be sure of CyberGhost is running? Should there be a notification?

On the notification panel does a key appear?

Right. I didn't get that far mate. I'll give it a go tomorrow. The UI seems a bit "clunky" but at least it didn't straight out tell me it wasn't compatible.
    Thanks again my man.
    You're a legend :)

rooting has nothing to do with a VPN. I think you should do reset of your Android OS if it supports. Or check for settings related to accessibility. Also, your VPN is still working on Netflix? Recent news were that Netflix is cracking down on VPNs and only few I found (https://www.mostsecurevpn.com/best-vpn-for-android/) are working which also supports Android Stick.
