vpn not working sumvision nano slim

I have a sumvision nano and cannot get a vpn to work can anyonehelp with this

Are you setting it up with the correct VPN server information? Did you check it with the server administrator? (By actually showing him the data you put in, so he can catch a typo by eye?)
