Long story short. 1. emailed vzw, 3 months left of my ne2 and i wanted to get the incredible. 2. was told that i should contact blackberry to fix my phone 3. was told again to contact BB. 4. was approved for an early annual upgrade via email. 5. could not order the incred online. It kept on coming up at full retail. 6. was told that my acct was fixed and I was to order it online. 7. 2 emails sent to vzw later. 8. got a call from vzw saying that they would order it for me. 9. No order confirmation on the phone like they said i would get immediately. 10. 3 days later, no email, no response. 11. just sent another email. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDGE ! On a side note, my black silicone case has finally hit fedex and will be here tomm.
