W here are documents,programs and download folders

I have always had hardware with Windows OS. Now I haveAndroid. Do I need to create folders like the above,? How do I do it?

Use a file manager from the play store

I expect you already have a Downloads folder. That one is standard.

What do you want a "programs" folder for? If it's storing code you write yourself, or apks you've downloaded from unofficial sources, then fair enough, use a file manager. Samsung devices usually come with one called My Files. If you expect to be able to choose where you store programs download from the Play Store or alternative app store (Samsung for example) don't bother: apps are installed to a part of the storage you can't see unless rooted, and you can't run them from anywhere else.

If you want a Documents folder then again, make one. The OS doesn't have a built-in idea that all documents should live in a folder called Documents, so you can organise things as you like.
