I factory reset my prime and hasn't allowed me to gain access by inserting a recognized email since. Keeps saying all of them recently had password changes though that's not the case. How can I get passed it and use my phone again?

You need to use the e-mail of the Google account that was on the device.

have you tried logging in from a web browser? why did you factory reset? how did you reset the device? from settings? or did you do a hard reset using buttons combo's of power + volume buttons? if you so, then you tripped FRP(Factory reset protection) and you will need to log in with the original email that was used to setup the device. is this a used phone? or brand new to you?
