    Bah.

All the specs I read indicated that there would be FM radio on this device and it was actually one of the reasons I wanted it...

Ive read some speculation that the radio is in there somehow just disabled... but who knows?

Meh, I shouldv'e bought a default galaxy S when they were like 300 dollars.

Actually I wouldn't mind an AM radio, or Am radio app. I listen to talk radio.

Well there's a "radio" in the Droid X, but in checking it out I'd say it just plain sucks.

There are many radio apps available that can pick up your local stations like iheartradio, radiotime, wunderRadio. And then there are the music apps like last.fm, pandora, slacker.

I thought our radio, that was built in factory, would be accesible via 2.2 Froyo. I could swear I remember reading that....

The people that want it, I would guess. I have no use for it but for those that do I can see why they would want it.

My gym has the TV stations tuned in to radio stations that I would like to listen to. I had a radio in my Vision:M and used it all the time.

I modded mine to run a reel-to-reel. 8-Track is substandard for a phone this sweet.

I tried to put the hand crank and drum onto the side but the dang horn thingy kept falling off in my pocket.
