I have never owned a smartphone before and have been using my lowtech Samsung flip phone for the past four years. I am finally getting an Incredible and I can't wait to use it and join this awesome community.
One question I wanted to ask right away was the legality of tethering. I have the $29.99 Verizon Data plan and wanted to make sure if I used PDAnet I wouldn't get owned by Verizon or violate terms of agreement.
Also, any official word on FroYo? I noticed today that they were able to root the Incredible which means a work around should be around the corner, but I wanted to know if Verizon is releasing a legitimate version in the near future.
