Recently everytime I try to use a pic for a wallpaper (mainly lock screen) it just zooms in. I haven't tried changing my main screen wallpaper just yet. Didn't have this issue before. I'm using Nova Launcher as my launcher but that didn't make a difference before. I have the latest Android updates.
I've tried using apps like wallpaper setter and Image 2 Wallpaper and still doesn't work.
