Help Wallpaper Portrait/Landscape Issue

I've looked all over and exhausted my resources on this. Two weeks ago I changed both my lock screen and general wallpaper for my S2 with no problems. Last night I went to change my wallpaper once more and now it's giving me the landscape resize for the image instead the portrait which I had before. I checked my lock screen and that's still set for portrait and I am unable to find any setting for this. I've reset my phone and toggled the auto-rotate, even though I'm not sure what that would do. Any help on this would be great.

I believe this is one of the bugs in ICS, unless of course you are still on GB. If you're still on GB, then I have no idea. If you're on ICS, then it's a known issue and I believe that it has not been resolved without using root & changing the ROM. I could be way off also, and if that's the case, then someone else will chime in I'm sure.

I got the forced ICS update back in July. I wasn't sure if there was some way to toggle it since my lock screen is fine. I did find an app that lets me fit the picture, I just find it dumb I have to waste space for that now.
