I used the app "Wallpapers" by Mob Decor to choose a wallpaper, but now I cannot change it. I even deleted the app, when i go to the settings to change wallpapers, no matter which I choose, it will say "set as wallpaper" to confirm but when i go to my home screen, the old wallpaper is still there. It will switch to a live wallpaper however, but when i go back to any other regular wallpaper, the old one auatomatically appears again. so annoying.
