I just upgraded to the sprint 2.1 (vers 5, not 6), & im rooted, & im trying to clean up the phone to save space, so does anybody know where the "wallpaper & lock screen" images/files are stored at, so i can delete them since i use my own wallpapers.

also, off topic, but when i get an email, & i check it & delete it, the email widget still shows a #, indicating that i still have unread emails, any ideas?

I think the wallpapers get saved on your sd card from some sort of install file on the phone itself. I know I have the wallpapers on my sd card and I never put them there.

I believe the default wallpapers are stored in the ROM itself. removing them won't give you any additional usable free space.
