    First you have to design the AI;
What do you want it to do.
How much functionality do you want to give it
Do you want to upgrade it later on
how sophisticated do you want it to be (Like Hal or Siris).

Once those are answered you can start from there.

Thank for replying here sir. I just want it to do basic fuctionalities right now like opening apps, arithmatic operations, setting alarm clock. I have a lot of ideas but want to upgrade it slowly and steadily.

I learned about the 'recognized intent' and was able to use to open apps.

Still as I said I can't find any tutorial, documents especially for adding more complex functionalities.

If you could provide with a way or some guidance that would be great.

I still can't think of how to design the AI as well

This is a massive project. Do you want the assistant to react to voice commands? This means it needs some kind of voice recognition capability.
You could limit the function to some specific domain e.g. scheduling appointments which would simplify the implementation.

First thing I would say is decide what you want it to do.

But assuming you know nothing about programming, I would say the first thing to do is read about, and learn how to write Java code.

You have to learn to walk before you can run.

I used 'recognizerIntent' for the voice recognition and it works fine.I know basic core java.
Any tips for creating an amazing UI???

Good question. Ask different people and you'll get various answers. To me, a good app should have an intuitive workflow. That is it should be obvious to the user how to navigate the app. Have a look at how other apps are built, what makes them good?
It also helps to have some artistic talent to create polished graphics, such as icons. If you can't do this yourself, then it's possible to buy, but that may not be a cheap option. The professional apps are created by development teams, with access to talented graphic designers.

EXPLOSIONS! EVERYTHING IS BETTER WITH EXPLOSIONS! Action movies, Games, Stunts, a visit to the library. (Just kidding don't go blow things up thats bad and can hinder people trying to catch pokemon in Pokemon Go) But good color schema Good button design, not too harsh on your eyes like a solid bright pink background with lime green text. But it is common sense too. First look down at your self. Do you have a Orange and Brown Striped shirt with florescence green pants? If so then get someone else opinion on the colours you should use. If not then you are fully capable of making a good UI. But here is a site that can give some guideline on flow and how to build it.

    https://goodui.org

Hope that can get you started.
