General Warning - No Copy & Paste Function!

    Was reading a recent full review and they comment how it lacks copy & paste! :eek:

    Anyone who is used to the HTC phones and the ability to Copy & Paste will be very frustrated if they were thinking of switching over.

    Damn u HTC for bringing out rubbish phones March - July

    LG Optimus 2X Review

    Copy/Paste (little to none): Unfortunately, the support for copy/paste in the LG Optimus 2X is practically non-existant. Like many other (older) Android phones, you can copy from edit fields, but copying from the web browser or from the email app isn

    It has been stated that the review build of the OS wasn't the final build.

    it has copy and paste you can see it in a video but cant remember where it was

    And Copy and Paste has been updated for 2.3 and up and is better. The 2X is on 2.2 right now. Most Android phones on 2.2 have sucky copy n paste.

    GSM Arena who have done a lengthy review have not responded to copy & paste query.

    I suspect that this is gonna be a problem with phone out very soon! :mad:

    Copy paste works fine on the Optimus 2x final i just got.

    Omg!!! its true. i just tried c/p and you can't from the browser! also the cool tap to move curser function only works in stock browser. so sad....

    Ok......i worked it out. u have to hit options button lower left and select mark text. on htc u just hold your finger on the text u want to cp. just recieved first call, it gets Very Warm on your ear immediately . not everything i love about this new phone
