Help Warning triangle in status bar won't go away.

Yesterday I noticed the warning triangle appeared in my status bar at the top left of the screen.

When I checked what it was for, it said 'Authorise HTC Sense to use F buton

If I press it, it appears to try and load a facebook page in the background and then gives me a black screen (aside from icons at the top) and a box asking me to authorise htc sense to use f button, read and post in people, gallery and calendar or chat with friends in fb chat.

It then gives me an ok or cancel option.

Clicking canel does the obvious, clicking ok does nothing... the same authorise box just reappears.

The thing is, I already use the FB app, it's grouped in a folder on my main screen along with twitter google+ and so forth... and it works perfectly fine.

On another home screen I have the people app which allows me to post to twitter and facebook at the same time and that works perfectly.

So why has this started now and why won't it just piss off?

I managed to get rid of it by clearing the data/cache from the facebook for sense app.

Using the facebook app is fine, but when I tried to post something that included a location to both FB and twitter using the people app, it returned again.

Something is borked with the people or fb for sense app is my guess... but it can't be uninstalled. So I have no idea how to fix it.
