Warp problems?

I am receiving my warp tuesday. And people are complaining so much about it and I some bad reviews. but honestly I don't think its even bad. The phone has an amazing sex appeal lol it has a nice fast 1 Ghz processor and a nice 4.3 inch screen. So tell me what are your experiences?

And as for ICS the are going to be custom roms and Cyanogenmod
