Waterproof cover - any suggestions?

Any suggestions of a waterproof cover for Xperia Arc. I live in the tropics and it rains a lot. And I have to order on the internet because things like this hard to find locally.

So do you guys have suggestions:
1. A tight waterproof cover
2. A strap to put on my upper arm when going running. (Either waterproof or if I have a tight waterproof cover over the phone, this can be in cloth. But I want something of decent quality).

Any recommendation/experience appreciated.

Afaik thrs no covers tht fits perfectly for phone to protect it from rain..

If u live in such area, u shud probably buy motorola defy, solves most of ur prob...
