In the 2.1 update which is due next month, the keyboard has been changed so that the cursor keys are no longer there.
As we don't have a trackball (Like my old G1), or hardware cursor keys (like my old Milestone) this is going to make editing text a real pain. My fingers are not to size of a stylus - I cannot accurately point at the space between two letters to set the cursor position.
Even more important when I just want to cursor-back to enter a missed out letter.
Please don't tell me about the spell checker - It's not always on for particular fields and doesn't always work anyway.
So... Is there a way to emulate a cursor, or an alternative keyboard that does have cursor keys?
