weather app with alarms?

does anybody know of an app that you can set alarms on the phone for?

for example:

If there is a weather update with a severe hail storm warning an alarm goes off on my phone

even better would be something that I can set conditions for the alarm to trigger. Like if the weather forecast is over/under a certain temperature, or if rain has been forecast for today.

On a side note if you're a developer, feel free to use this idea, just let me in on the beta test

Search the market for 'weather notifications'. There are several that say they have some of those capabilities, such as Weather Checker and Weather Notification.

There are several full fledged weather apps that do standard weather alerts, WeatherBug Elite, Palmary to name two.
