Help Web browser +/- zoom bar

Hi,
I have a Motorola droid (orig) that when you are web browsing there is a bar that comes up on the bottom right with +/- to adjust zoom level.

Does this still exist on the Droid 2 Stock Browser?

Get XScope.
Double tap the screen and arc left or right and it zooms. One finger pinch zoom, nice.
