web pages wont refresh

Hi.
When I go to one of my favourite web forums the page never changes I have to do it manually.
Any ideas ?.

You're gonna have to explain a bit more

When I visit a forum let's say like this one.
Then when I come back an hour later the page would not have refreshed.

It won't update automatically by itself though, you need to click refresh yourself to get the latest version of the page?
