Help Websides pop up and apps installing

From time to time I get a poput "in what browser do you want to open this page?" But I didn't clicked any page!
and if I open the page It's just some Advertisements or the stupida page whitch says your android phone has a virus

And sometimes Apps install themselves. There is an examle (Apus launcher, [some unvisible app caled Dokumenty(whitc means Document in my native language)] and some super file brow

no antivirus found any virus or malware I tried (AVG antivirus, Avast! and Malwarebytes)
