If I take a picture of my computer screen or TV screen, and want to send that pic in a text, it won't let me. It always says "Unable to attach. File not supported". I've tried numerous times since I've had the phone, and always the same thing. All other pics work. What gives??

How is this done? And what else will it do/erase if I do it? Sorry..I'm pretty naive when it comes to this stuff.

I've had this happen to me a lot as well. I just restart the phone if I really need to send the pic. I wish I knew the reason why we get this error

Press and hold the side button and choose "Restart".

Is there no permanent fix to this issue? I've been getting it as well when trying to send a picture.
