Help Weird pixeling or maybe lag? Anyone?

I notice that if I scroll quickly, the letters on a web page go blurry while scrolling before coming back into focus. Also, I notice in my photo gallery that often times if I click on a picture to open it full screen, it takes a brief moment for the entire pic to focus and be crystal clear. It's not an instant-clarity. As if it buffers. Anyone else experience either of these things?

I am dealing w/ the web portion that you mentioned, however out of all the websites that I frequent it only is happening here on Android Forums. I never had this issue here w/ my S3 or Note 2 so I'm currently scratching my head on what is causing this :hmmmm:

Watch the YouTube video in post #5 of this thread & problems are solved. Why they made the developer options hidden like this, I have no idea. I figured this is what is was, but couldn't find 'em. Any who....
