Support Weird Reception Problem (Virgin Mobile)

    Hey everyone.
    After the KitKat update for my S3 all my apps re-updated. In this process my APN's for Hangouts got screwed up and I was fishing around my phone trying to find them again. In this process I somehow screwed up my phones cell network. No idea what I did, but I preformed a factory reset, and still, nothing. My 4GLTE still works totally fine, my phone was auto-updating apps, I can browse Chrome and everything. But i cant make phone calls or send texts. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    Bring it to VM and tell them that it happened after the update. They should set up all the data for you so that the phone works again.

    Have you tried forcing a reactivation? Dial ##72786# The phone will reboot a couple times and you should be good to go. If not then you may have to contact Virgin Mobile.
