Is there a website I can check to see what the latest versions should be when I go to About Phone > Software Information, assuming stock everything and only official OTA updates? I just want to see if I'm current on everything, although I think I am since my phone came with Froyo.

    Thanks.

Just go to menu-settings-software updates, and update everything. That way you are up to date on everything official.

I tried that but often it just stays on the "Preparing network services" message or something like that, and never updates.

Now they all worked. Some said they updated, but the HTC Software one said no update, although there's supposed to be an update today. Oh well.

I dont understand why you need to know what versions are the latest. If you update everything , then you will have the latest. What's the point of knowing what the latest update is, when you can just update it....

I have a rooted phone. I would like to know what the stock settings read in case I need to go back to 100% stock.

It doesnt matter what version of things you are on. An older version of software or prl is still considered stock. If you need to go back to stock just unroot. The current versions have nothing to do with that.

By the way it does matter that all of the radios are at the right version for warranty issue.

Again. If someone would take 3 seconds and help me out please.

I was trying to be helpful. It really doesnt matter what version of stuff you have. The techs at sprint arent going to look at your version to see if you are rooted. If anything they will look to see of you have s-off and thats it.

I asked a similar question, so no reason for me not to help now! Android 2.2 is cut off at the top.
