What Best Buy did you pre order at?

Hey everyone, I was thinking that for everyone here who is pre ordering at best buy we can maybe meet up if at the same location. I will be at the Best Buy in Hadley/Amherst,MA and they said they are close to 20 pre orders already so I wonder if any of you are some of them.

I pre-ordered at 8:00 PM Thursday at the Sunnyvale, CA Best Buy store #685. They told me I was #7. I have an appointment for 11:00 Friday. They open at 10:00.

Preordered last night at the Boise, ID Best Buy at around 7:30. I was around number 40-ish. The guy I talked to said they probably wouldn't do the NE2 discount, but they would match the Verizon store price. I am going to have to show them on the web site that I am elligible. It didn't fill me with confidence that I am going to get the discount.

Just got back from pre-ordering in Charleston, SC. I'm number 2 in line. The guy didn't set an appointment for me but told me they would call as soon as they get the phone. He said they are expecting it on their Wednesday delivery but it could be earlier or later.

I also played with the dummy model they had and it's incredibly solid and heavy but not in a bad way. It also fits comfortably in my pocket, which could change when I get a case but shouldn't be too different than my iPod touch with a case. The one thing that worries me is that if the model is 100% true to the actual phone then the keys on the keyboard are going to be hard to press.

I don't want to hijack this thread, so you can answer in PM if ya want. Is Best Buy able to upgrade phone line x, then transfer it to phone line y? I ask because VZ says it will not be a problem, but not sure about in a Best Buy store...

I was #1 at the Best Buy in Syracuse, NY (Carousel Mall).

They had to scramble to get the paperwork together. I felt a little awkward being the first one..Pre-ordering doesn't really seem necessary if I could nonchalantly walk in a few days after they started taking pre-orders and still be first.

Still excited though!

As of 3pm yesterday (Sunday), I was #10 at the BB in Orange County, CA. Neither the BB or the Verizon store across the street had a demo.

I did not pre-order at BB but I do have an 8 a.m. appointment on Friday. I'm going to the mall kiosk Verizon. They are opening early and gave me the first appointment. I do believe that the Verizon stores are a bit desperate to get people to come in, at least in my area (Cincinnati).
