what could be wrong with my phone

[Android Question]

when I plug in my charger the lights on the buttons blink off and on. then when I unplug it and try to turn it on the lights on the buttons blink off and on and then don't blink anymore. What can be wrong with my phone

It CAN BE a bad charging port. It CAN BE bad motherboard. It CAN BE bad battery. It can be a lot of things, but without actually seeing the phone and testing a few things, no one can tell you what actually IS wrong with it.
