    my pendo pad got water in the screen an now it wont turn on

    Sorry to hear that. What I would suggest you do is remove the battery, and place the phone in a bowl of rice, as the rice will absorb the water, and hopefully it will make it work again.

    Rice indeed, and please don't be hasty, give it a couple of days. And take both battery and your card(s) out to prevent the contacts from eroding. G'luck! Do let us know if it worked for you.

    well, it's not. It absorbs moist. Salt works as well, but might affect your device and is too fine grained (might intrude in wholes of your device)
