What does Home look like?

Thought it would be a neat idea to see how people set up their Home on the computer. I'm sure there are others like me who love icons and using them changing them around and just generally fitzing around with our Home.

This was resized for the site my actual screen resolution is 1920x1080
I'm using OpenSuse 12.3 with KDE 4 Plasma
