Okay, so I am trying to make my own wallpaper for my Droid 3. I have tried numerous sizes: 480x800, 960x854, 1920x1708, 300x640, and 1080x960. And they all look blurry as f*** whenever I set them as my wallpaper. This is the image I would like to use, but honestly, I just want a sharp image. Can anyone tell me what it is I'm doing wrong?[IMG]

How does it show up? All the image compressed or streched?

Make sure that the image is at least 960 pixels high - it's ok to be wider than 540, because remember that the image scrolls across 5 home screens - but the key thing that perhaps may solve it: at least 256 dpi. Mine resized with that specification look as fine.

Alright, so I had been downloading it from my Photobucket, but after putting it on my SD card it shows up just fine. So apparently the problem was with Photobucket? I have my wallpaper, so now I'm just curious.

Photobucket may have been compressing the image size since you were on a phone.
