what is the best file search program or app for a nexus 7

I want a file search app or program that uses *.* wildcards that will locate pics that were sent by ux screenshot to some directory I've been unable to find with any file manager from Google play so far...any ideas would be appreciated....used everything for win xp and it always worked...is there anything similar for the Nexus 7 ?
