Not even sure if this Clock/Weather is a Widget or not, but would like to have it for my Captivate.

that is a widget for sense ui's only. there is a guy who copied it and called it fancy widget. you can do a google search for fancy widget .apk and you may find and will have to sideload it

The only way to get it is to side load it. The Fancy Widget in AppBrain is not the same.

I have Fancy Widget from when it was available on the Android Market and mine looks like the HTC widget. The version I have is 1.3.0. I think that version 2.0 and higher are the ones that were made after HTC got Android Does (teh developers of Fancy Widget) to change the widget to not look like the HTC widget. 1.3.0 is no longer available on the Market, but if you got it before they took it down you still have it. Now if you want it you need to sideload from an APK.

I tried Fancy Widget but it's quite the resource hog, not developed or maintained, and has no real customization options.

I realize Beautiful Widgets isn't free, but it's worth the $2 or whatever. So many more features and options, and you can customize it to look however you'd like.
