What is this icon?

I cannot figure out what this icon is. It is not on the Eris manual. Does anybody know what it is? It does not go away either, no mattter what i do.

I've never seen it before, but it seems like an icon of an earpiece. Something that has to do with Bluetooth? Sorry, I honestly couldn't tell you.

Yeah its bluetooth connected our something. Not in the manual cause it changed for 2.1
