A Homescreen

So I found this homescreen from a YouTube user called MKBHD, so I wanted to know what theme is the guy using for the messaging app? Which icon pack do I need to download in order to get that? I asked MKBHD but he didn't reply.

Also I am using Nova Launcher so how am I able to use the count feature on that like in the picture?

Just a quick question, on the same homescreen there is an icon in the status bar, on the left side, next to Bluetooth. Do you know what that is?

I can't say for sure, but I'm guessing that's a GPS icon.
