I use MS Exchange for my email and rely heavily on the two-way email/calendar/contacts sync. What is the Exchange experience like on Android? If anyone has gone from using Exchange on the iPhone to using it on the Android platform I'd be particular interested in any comparisons. Otherwise, experiences with it on Android alone would be very helpful as well. TIA!

I use Exchange on an iPad and my Android phone. I find it equally annoying on the Android as on the iPad, and my Android (the $27 Virgin Mobile Venture) is horribly outdated and underspecced. I suspect that it would be better on a more common Android device than on the iPad.

Thanks! The funny thing is that I actually like Exchange on the iPad/iPhone so if it is similar on Android... I might be able to adjust easily. I feel that being a Google platform it would be geared toward gmail users. So while I use gmail, I wasn't sure what it'd be like with my main email/calendar/contacts being Exchange.
