So with all the new phones coming out on all the carriers I have begun to look at my Samsung moment and feel left out, pretty soon i will be most likely switching over to Verizon and either getting the DroidX or Droid 2, so i was just wondering has any one else made the switch? Why?

Personally I want new updates with Android and a better camera. Also the Droids feel so much sturdier than my ol moment.

I'm sticking with my moment for another year plus (due to my 2 year contract), so everything on this poll will be outdated by then. For me a physical keyboard is still a must, but I'd avoid the new droids due to the whole motorolla locked bootloader issue, so if I were looking to switch now I'd go with the Epic.

I voted evo because there wasn't a choice for what ever the new hot phone is when my contract expires. If something big gets announced before December that will be out in a few months I'll wait for it.

Going with Epic due to too many problems with the Moment...from lock ups...to auto restarts to the fun "cannot make a call for 20-30 minutes as my phone needs to think about what it wants to do." I have had to exchange out my Moment 1x already due to the 2.1 update that killed my phone. I will say that my first moment was awesome and that was day 1. It actually worked...but thanks to Sprint Premiere and being able to upgrade 1x a year and still get the 150.00...going with the EPIC.

I played with a friends EVO last night...now compared to the Moment that thing is real nice...Now my phone feels so small:(. But I just have to think that in 16 days, I will have the EPIC.

16 days? How so? Did you get Sprint to bump up your upgrade eligibility date?

That or someone is adding a line or paying retail.
