Phone goes dead. Not the phone but any ability to call or text anyone. Reboot. Call 611. Oh your phone was blocked for fraud purposes. huh? Like a credit card abnormal use can make it be blocked. Im calling with the us to the same I always do. idk. Hold on. She puts me on white list and I can make calls again. Three weeks later. One phone call then nothing. No text no call. Reboot. one phone call then nothing. 611 for three hours. Same thing. I ask is it b/c Im in a different area code. She says maybe. Everyone on fb says no way b/c they are in diff area codes. She says you gotta update to latest software. it wont take. Call back sprint tech...Idk. call htc. htc...after a while poking around she asks and I ask do I even need the 12/15 EVO update. Nope. She says its just add ons. Like bs apps you dont want but sprint wants to put on your phone. In the end the real problem isnt solved. Why am I getting booted off service? My calls are boring. No calls internationally. Any ideas? Tech said its very rare so I may be shooting in the dark. But I didnt find any threads anywhere so maybe this will help others and in turn we get an idea.
