Root What to do after Root?

I have an X10a running 2.1 on at&t. I recently rooted the phone and installed busybox & superuser. What should I go about doing with this? How do I delete apps and which apps are safe to uninstall? Also I heard there is a way of getting rid of the google ads from free apps, can anyone tell me how to do this?

Thanks

Well you can install custom rom, flash custom theme, mod, splash. But what you maybe looking for is stable kernel with OC feature.

First off, look through the forum and be sure before you remove any apps!
Titanium Back-up (free version available on market) will allow you to un-install system apps, but again - read first as some apps are needed (and i wouldn't mess with google stuff either!)

You can also find information and useful tools to help you optimise your phone and make recoverable back-ups (see: [FLASHTOOL GUIDE] HOW TO for n00bies - xda-developers)

read first. read again. then proceed. Always back-up before you tinker as a bricked x10 is to light for a paperweight and too slim for a door stop ;);)
