Root What would you do ????

    ok,my lg esteem rom #2 2.7 was giving me problems,so i basicly went back to stock zvd but was still rooted and was going to unroot and return the fone for a new one,Well i have the brand new one now,its still a virgin,and my questions are,what would you do to the fone before starting the rooting and flashing and after rooting and flashing,imagine theres someone out that once said to self,i wish i would of known this or that before i did all this!!!!

    Well i would first make sure that the phone works for about a day to 3 days . Then i would throw a root on that esteem and bang a rom . That's me and ijs.:eek::D:banghead:

    wipe it clean, start from scratch, the ONLY run the setup and sync your google etc, then root and immediately make a backup!!! so now you always have your own stock backup!!

    thats exactly what i did,no waiting,it was killing me to romher,lol.but yes like ldrifta said(stock backup) just hope i never will need it,but would it hurt every now and then to return to stock and start over again? :thinking:
