You can't upgrade from a Dinc to the Iphone, that would be a downgrade.

I'll be waiting for the next droid branded phone from htc. I don't like bing, motorola, or samsung so my options are limited. Oh yeah, I completely agree with the above statement regarding the iphone.

Yea, it basically looks like the best version of the EVO for Verizon.

I'll most likely go to the best HTC Android phone; I'm not a big fan of the Motorola or Samsung UI's. They keep saying that Gingerbread will eliminate different skins for Android, but I don't that'll happen.

Upgrade factors in 2012 (for me)

    1. LTE
    2. Cost
    3. Data limits/tiered pricing
    4. Google = Android. Android ≠ Bing. No "binging" up an Android phone. Must have Google services. Maps, Calendar, Docs (hopefully soon, maybe Gingerbread?), Navigation, Gmail, etc.

Due for an upgrade now....going to hold off for a bit and see what LTE phones under HTC's making will arrive...pumped!

The Inc will stay under the same roof (give to wife who has my old Eris) though as it is a pleasure to use each day

I'm gonna upgrade to the biggest and greatest and most expensive phone and then sell it.

DInc with 6 months of updates > whatever else that has a ton of problems

Why would we be upgrading to a new phone just six months after the Incredible came out? Until there is a huge jump in CPU power, I don't see much of a reason.

Unlike some of the terminal whiners on this forum, my Incredible has been perfect. It's the best mobile I've ever owned. I am NOT anxious for a new device.

Just received a DINC refurb a few weeks ago and it is much better than the pre-order one I receive on April 28th with respect to the Blue tooth radio range and the phone call quality, although the phone call quality is still not perfect, it is much improved. Not looking to upgrade anywhere soon. Very nice phone the DINC.

Unlike many people, I don't feel the need to always have the latest and greatest phone on the market. When I get a new phone, I get what will make me happy for at least 2 years, if not more. I actually kept my Dare for almost 3 years because I was happy with it and there wasn't anything out that excited me until the Incredible.

So since I won't be upgrading until at least June 2012, I can't tell you. The phones that will be out at that time are not even being rumored yet. I can say with 100% certainty that it won't be an iPhone, as you couldn't pay me to use something from Apple. Window's phone might be an option depending on where they are at and what they have done in 2 years. But most likely... I'll have another Android.

It will be LTE. Whats the point of upgrading? I mean is the next 1.3 ghz processor really going to be that much faster?

I like the idea of a possible windows phone, I love my Zune HD, although if you really look at the Windows Phone, all your really getting is really nice apps in a walled garden. Maybe good for gamers and socialites, but how great is it really going to be when it comes to users that want customization.

And I 100% agree, the day I get an apple phone I will eat a bunny terds for breakfast. The control freaks there will not get my business, I'm from generation get the f out of my face.

My contract with Verizon expires a year from now, so whatever is THE phone at that time is what I'll get. :)

I've got a year and 9 mos or so. I have no clue what will be out by then. I want something with Sense at this point. That's my only real requirement.
