I was in the car with my 13-year-old daughter and she asked about the actor who played "Kunte Kinte", after watching the mini-series "Roots" on DVD on her own while home sick from school recently and thought he looked familiar. I picked up my phone (at a red light), long-pressed the search button, and said "Levar Burton images". I handed the phone to her and three seconds later, images of Levar Burton came up in a browser and she was amazed. ("Hey---he's the reading Rainbow Guy!") I was thinking Star Trek....oh well. It was too cool to have that kind of resource at your fingertips.

Ability to transfer files over wifi with estrongs file explorer.
Wireless tether my sons psp, ds and my laptop at the same time. It earns lots of ooohs and aaahs from an eight year old. Isn't that what life is really about?:p
Freedom of expression, especially after root.
Printing photos directly to my wifi canon printer.
Google voice, maps, nav.
And for those rooted, wireless adb and terminal emulator.
And probably the best feature of this truly smart phone, it does not have any pictures of fruit on it.

I like that I can VPN to my work PC through Citrix Receiver. Then run any Office app, IE, FireFox, or RDP to my Desktop. I also have Remote RDP app to remote into my home network. Or I use LogMeIn when not home.

Gmote is a cool app for controlling your mouse and keyboard through wifi. Good for when you hook your PC/laptop to your TV to watch movies.

Awesome Drop is great. Instant uploads from any HTML5 browser to your phone.

Subsonic is one of my top apps. Streams music from my home PC to my phone. Caches the songs for offline playback. It's great because I don't have ot carry 30+ GB of music or swapping playlists constantly.

TuneWiki is a cool Music player, shows lyrics for the song.

WebSharing allows you to share your phones SD card through wifi or 3G. Type your IP and Port in the PC browser and it shows the contents of the phone. Can even stream off the phone.

Switftp nice FTP server for your phone.

I think PSX4Droid is probably up high on the list of things I can do with my phone.

in the PSX4Droid description, it says that i could use my wii remote with this app. i have not downloaded this app yet but want to make sure that my wii remote is compatible. if its not this could be a deal breaker for me. if it is i will download it in a heartbeat. i have tried syncing my wii remote with my phone but it keeps prompting me for a passkey that i do not have. does anyone know what the passkey is or how to sync my wii remote to my phone?

Several have mentioned using the DInc for porn. I have gone the opposite direction. There is a neat app called X3Watch. This app is an accountability app that sends a weekly report of your internet history to an accountability partner that you select. My spouse is my accountability partner. I recommend this app for those that are looking to remove the temptation of visiting porn sites. Everyone has freedom to choose how they use their phone, and I respect that, but for some porn is an addiction, and an app like X3Watch can be helpful for those that need help avoiding porn sites. Not trying to put down those that use their DInc for porn, just demonstrate that the DInc, along with X3Watch, can also be useful in avoiding porn.

Wow. Very sad, brother. Very sad indeed.
